As we have a limited number of places it would be of assistance if you did contact us in advance. This way, you may also complete the paperwork prior to your arrival for Check-in.
Yes, your inspection is most welcome. To avoid the busy times of cleaning and meal preparation, it would be of assistance if this was arranged in advance. On days of over 35°C we do not offer inspections.
It would be of assistance if you could bring your completed paperwork, your companion’s veterinary certificate showing a current C5 vaccination, any medication that may need to be given during your absence and any bedding or food to be used during their stay.
Yes, we would encourage you to provide any food, especially with a companion who is being fed a specific diet for health reasons.
Yes, we are happy to continue administering medication during your absence. We do ask that you give clear written instruction on the medication and how much and when the medication is to be given.
Yes; you may bring any bedding or toys you think would make your companion more comfortable. Every effort will be made to ensure toys are not shared, in the hope that the toy/s will not be damaged. Unfortunately we are not able to take responsibility for damage to or destruction of any toys or bedding you provide.
***No responsibility accepted for damaged or destroyed toys by other guests***
Yes. It is essential for your companion’s, and the health of all the other dogs in the kennel, that their C5 vaccination is up to date. If in the event that your companion does contract canine cough, the vaccination should assist in minimising the severity of the infection.
If a guest does have canine cough it is possible for them to spread it amongst all in the kennel. To avoid this, and the high costs associated with treating the entire kennel for canine cough, we will not waiver this requirement.
We are unable to accept young puppies that have not had their first vaccination injection. Without this injection the puppy has no coverage from any possible infection carried by an adult dog. Therefore, puppies approximately 8 weeks old may be acceptable, subject to sighting of the veterinary certificate to show the first injection has been administered.
Adult dogs are only required to meet the C5 vaccination requirements.
Yes, your dogs may share a kennel. We do ask though that you sign the agreement to shared accommodation on the Registration Form that will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. Regrettably if this is not signed we will be unable to place more than one dog in a kennel.
